My husband and I booked with your company this last month.
After reading all the terrible reviews we decided that we needed to back out for our own safety We called and someone had said she would see how much of a refund she could get us. Shortly we got a call back saying we would not get any of our money back.
If this is the case I would feel much obliged to tell me 200,000 + followers on instagram and facebook my experience with book vip and we lost over $1000 after hidden fees.
Please let me know if there is anything you can do for me. Reservation is under my husband's name.
