The resort verifies each reservation before issuing a confirmation number as resort is paying the cost of discounted vacation. I booked our vacation in Dec 2014, 2 weeks before they call and tell us its sold out...we reschedule...

for the following month.. its sold out.. I reschedule for May 2015... they say we only need a week it has been 2.5 weeks I called tonight and nothing...

Very Disappointed...
