We responded to an all inclusive offer and were joyfully directed through all of the steps to book a reservation. Dates were cleared, all of the requirements were met and thing was a 'GO'.
We even verified that we were eligible even though we have been to the Baja before. After receiving a confirmation notice, with confirmation number, and calling a second time to be absolutely certain that all was good, we made our flight reservations and car rental. The next day we received a call saying that resort would not honor the reservation, BUT, we could still stay in the resort for an additional amount four times the original quote. After spending a lengthy time on the phone with their agent, we agreed that the supervisor, when available, would return our call to discuss the 'what' 'why' and 'where to'.
That was quite some time ago. I sure hope that you didn't find this site for the same reason as us!!
Someone in Miami should check to see if these people have all of the proper business credentials required for a bonified license!!!
