They changed my reservation without telling me.I only found out about when I went to make a payment today.
I asked for a refund, but was told I couldn't, because it was after the 7 days. Remind you I made this reservation back in October. Made changes to my reservation in December. Neither time did they tell me they changed my hotel.
I went from a 3 bedroom condo to 2 bedroom hotel room. They refuse to give my money back tried to speak with a supervisor for two days with no return call.
DO NOT do business with this company, they seem very underhanded.I have never had been so dissatisfied dealing with a company
