The snake oil men from BOOK VIP.com tols me after that i made the reservation that i had to attempt a meeting for 90 minutes I did ask what about is the meeting :answer is only a tour to see the ammeneties of the OMNI CANCUN resort

Later on the week i find out that is SALES pitch to buy TIME SHARE .

Funny i was wondering about time share to be maybe a option to invest but forget about if it was good he had told me upfront

also on the same week i did receive 3 email asking to call them (EXT2 )so i can give info already given to them twice (confirmation) But on the third time They told me that i had to pay more for the same dates

I SAID NO and they cancel my reservation (after 1 hour on holding)

the same day I did request charge Back trough my bank and explain why !

hope for good results

But BOOK.vip .com say that the payment will not be refunded, and in order for amount the paid us 612.48 not to be wasted i need to get other arrangements??????????? yes i will contact a lawyer and or small claim court to pursue the matter BUT BE AWARE BOOK VIP.com is not it look like to be they do not derves my BUSINEEES EVER terrible customer support 1-888-845-0602 and press 2 for Customer Care

Call them before buy it and get your own experience

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Having my reservation cancled, No refund, Charge me more, Try ans i say no, 1 hour on holding time, Customer service.
