I have made a reservation for vacation to Cancun in Crystal Resort for my husband, my daughter and I. I got the confirmation for three adults.
Then I made a reservation with Airline for three people.
Next day when I called them. they told me I have to pay $80 per night extra for my daughter. It was over our budget, so I talked to the supervisor Cheryl, who told me after for ever on the phone that it will cost me $300 extra. Our representative made a mistake.
So I canceled the vacation.
And paid fee to the airline to cancel our flight. I just don't want this to happen to other families.
