This company is a complete DISASTER.Booked trip to Cabo, went to confirm and my hotel changed from a 5 star to a 3 star.
I've called 16 times to get my money back and ask for a supervisor. Every time I am transferred to someone who can not get me a supervisor. I've been told 15 times I'm a priority and a supervisor will call me back. Never been called.
I know I'm saying goodbye to my money as clearly they will not call me, but I wanted to add my comments so no one else loses their $$$.
Stay away from this company.Only time I get called back is when I fake I'm going to make a new trip !
Reason of review: poor customer service & quality.
Monetary Loss: $400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Poor customer service.
