In doing the verification for special promotion, the resort discovered you were also traveling with Rafael Camacha so the package was disqualified as the resort does not permit group travel with family/friends to the resort during the same travel dates.

i did reserve a place to omni cancun resort trough BOOK VIP and the play a game with the cancun resort and know they are saying that i have to pay more for the same date and i said i do not agree they told me that cannot refund the payment

I will fight that refund

BUT BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUD If i knew that are that kind of company

i will never had booke it

DO NOT be ripped off by this company that work with OMNI cancun

i do not recomend to anybody this company book vip and omni cancun i will follow legal step

A majority of the issues occur when resort finds the terms & conditions are being circumvented.
