I was berated terribly, just because I asked the following question.
"What happens if we check in to one of your listed hotels and the hotel happens to be dirty, run down? Are we able to call you and possibly be sent to another one of your hotels?"
I have the date, time, name and extension number of this agent if management is interested. He was just awful. I cannot imagine this company endorsing their employees talking to customers in this manner. I have made 4 additional phone calls attempting to speak with customer relations, a supervisor or manager. Each agent I spoke with were apologetic of the way the agent spoke to me. However, each one stated there was no one to speak to.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Company phone calling service.
