I am on the phone with one of Bookvip.com reps right now. They called to tell me that the room previous reservation (6 day, 5 nights) booked earlier this week is no longer available.
Of course they have already charged my credit card. The alternative resort they have offered does not have the same amenities. Two of my minimum requirements is a hot tubspa and fitness center. Their alternative has neither.
They also offer to sell me some 3 night stay to use for some future date. Guess I will have to wait and see if I get my money back.
