I thought this was a great christmas gift idea to give to my son -being that I live in a different state I was assured after booking I could have something sent to me with my sons name on it, so I can mail it to him as a gift- I was assured it would not be a problem. So I went online and booked it. I called last week to change the reservation to his name. I was told it was taken care of. I went and checked this morning and it wasn't. I spoke with another person today over the chat who said to call customer service, and they would take care of it. I called customer service- and was told it couldnt be transferred until they spoke to him to verify information. Being that this completely defeats the purpose of a Christmas surprise I asked to cancel the reservation. I was then told It couldnt be canceled now. I need to wait to receive from someone in a different department and that would take 24-48 hours. I feel lied to and super sad that this happened.. what happened to HONESTY! Dont lie to customers!!!!

I would use them again
We have had a fabulous five day vacation at Cabo at the Villa del Palmar and this is our view every single morning. Five days of sunshine, no clouds. He is the Palmar and we were able to get our vacation through Bookvip.com. I would use them again, I will use them again. Everything they promised was true. It was amazing and we will be back again.
