My husband and I booked our vacation with BookVIP for a 5 day stay at the Omni in Cancun Mexico.I was asked to verify my information 4 times with BookVIP (they called every 2 days).
There was never an issue with my reservation. When we arrived in Cancun our reservation was cancelled and we were told we had to pay full price to stay at the resort or leave. They told me I called and said my husband was not travelling with me. I NEVER CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION.
This company is HORRIBLE.They would not give me a full refund.
Reason of review: It was fraud, I would like a full refund..
Monetary Loss: $612.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
