As our Customer Service Manager spoke to you about there was miscommunication with the resort as they believed your husband was not travelling. The reason we can offer packages 70% off the retail rates is because the resorts subsidize the cost of these discounted vacations in exchange for your time during the resort preview. The resort verifies each reservation before issuing a confirmation number as resort is paying the cost of discounted vacation. A majority of the issues occur when the resort finds the terms & conditions are being circumvented in which they believed was the case.

My husband and I booked our vacation with BookVIP for a 5 day stay at the Omni in Cancun Mexico. I was asked to verify my information 4 times with BookVIP (they called every 2 days).

There was never an issue with my reservation. When we arrived in Cancun our reservation was cancelled and we were told we had to pay full price to stay at the resort or leave. They told me I called and said my husband was not travelling with me. I NEVER CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION.

This company is HORRIBLE. They would not give me a full refund.

Reason of review: It was fraud, I would like a full refund..
