This is my first experience with your company, At first I was very excited to receive this gift from a "raffle " I was a little concerned about the deposit required but saw no harm. I am now very disappointed.
I was not made aware in writing or verbally of any cancellation or rescheduling policy when I first booked nor was it on any of my emails until today. I am very upset since I am unable to get the days off of work and needed to reschedule. I called the customer service line, they were unable to help me and when I asked for supervisor I got ignored. I would like my $58.35 deposit back.
If I had known this from the beginning I would have waited to book. If I am unable to get refund, then I would like to reschedule my dates for when I can get time off of work.
