We booked this beautiful vacation through BookVIP.

We had so much fun. There were five of us that went and we so enjoyed all the activities and shows at the Villa. The taco bar was wonderful as was all the food we had while there. We did the all inclusive for 3 out the 7 days and it was a great deal considering we ate and drank a lot of beer. We'll be back!!

Bookvip in North Miami Beach, Florida - Great Experience/ Ignore the Negative Reviews

My wife and I booked a trip to Los Cabos in 2016 and we will be booking a trip to Cancun for June 2019 with BookVIP. I read the fine print (conditions) and knew what to expect. If you book a $599 all inclusive trip for two, there certainly is a catch. You must attend a time share presentation. Do you really think BookVIP offers these low packages out of the kindness of their heart? We had a wonderful time, didn't purchase but returned this year to another Villa Group resort and purchased an even year package. I have read many negative reviews and one thing is obvious, Those writing the reviews didn't read/understand the written terms and conditions. You must be married in most instances, you must have a major credit card in YOUR OWN name, you must meet age and income requirements, you must attend the presentation. There are other fees involved that are listed under the conditions tab. I will be paying $19.95 gratuity fee for each night. You must have valid ID. You must speak English or Spanish in other countries. You must book in advance, especially during the holiday season. We also check the reviews (independently) of any resort that we consider and make our decision based on those reviews. Hotels and resorts offer discounted packages in order to sell time shares and BookVIP advertises these properties. No doubt there are legitimate concerns but the majority of the negative reviews are not legitimate in my opinion.

Ishould have really listened. For those of you who are traveling and looking for discounts and deals on a trip and your interested in BookVip.This is a VERY risky idea. I learned the hard way. After reading multiple and extensive reviews on negatives.

I foolishly still booked with them. (Because I thought this is too good to pass up.) So let me tell you my very current and recent experience. 3 months before my trip I actually purchased a trip with BookVip. After the rep told me how great it was, how awesome it is, after confirmed availability.

They charged my card for over $300. This included 4days and 3nights in Miami. I was satisfied with my purchase. UNTIL I called the hotel 2 weeks prior my stay that they supposedly had booked for me.

Hotel confirmed multiple times that they don't bsee my reservation. I then called BookVip back after being on hold with the reservations Dept for about 45min. They told me I'm sorry they are unavailable. I pressed my case on how BookVip charged my card and even sent me a receipt.

I told them why didn't they call me and tell me my room was unavailable...the just kept apologizing over and over and over..but wouldn't issue an refund. They kept telling me it can be credited for another trip. (IF I TILD YOU FIRE IS HOT AND IT WILL BURN YOU, WOULD YOU BELIEVE ME???)....BookVip is that fire...and if you use thier services you are at extremely risk of an unexpected un-garunteed trip. If you read bad reviews..(BELIEVE THEM)..

go with your gut, this company is deemed bad... Believe the reviews...once they have your money, they can careless of your trip/vacation ...even if you get trip protection (Read their fine print) alot of stipulations)...this a very recent review June 2018....

First and foremost, please be reminded that although your reservation was final and non-refundable since you did not accept the trip insurance offered during the sales call, you stilll were refunded in full before we received your review.

Your claim that you were unaware of the resort preview is not correct as our representative went over the eligibility requirements both verbally and in writing, and you agreed to same with your electronic signature when you booked your dates.

If you meet the resort's requirements and agree to attend the resort preview, you will up to 80% off the retail rate.

Took my money and won’t book the trip I want. Huge scam reported to my cc company and they are going after my refund. Changed trip and told me I would do 90 min time share at hotel but now say have to travel to other resort for meeting.

As you are aware, your pending reservation was cancelled 8-days after booking because you did not complete the booking by agreeing to the Reservation Details with your electronic signature and submitting same.

Your refund was processed for your original undated vacation package, which was used in connection with the pending vacation in question.

When you finally responded to our attempts to reach you regarding your reservation, the dates you had requested (but not locked-in) were no longer available and there are no options available for which you are eligible.

Although unfortunate, BookVIP is not responsible when a customer purchases flights before securing a confirmed reservation.

For Owners of BookVip: i would like to ask what kind business are you running? Scam or legit?

I reserved 3 night at Westgate resort, orlando for a very good price thru you, however when i called directly to the westgate i was advice that they are not affiliated with you and you guys are a brokers.

Therefore they will not guaranty your reservations and it is possible that i will be paying much more if the rooms are not available. I then booked a room directly with the resort. After that i called you to cancel my reservation. Representative said no problem and adviced me that somebody from the cancelation department will be calling me which i had no idea why.

Well now i know. My card was charged the same day when i make a reservation without even a booking confirmation. So it was friday 28 april 2018, today 30th i called and have a same story " someone will call you" well i called them and was told that my card was charged full amount and its not refundable since i did not buy a tripguard $55 worth of insurance.

How come you sell something that the receiving hotel does not guarantee? I would like to get my refund back since i booked directly thru the hotel and since your reservation isnt a guarantee.

Please note that a supervisor of the cancellation department attempted to contact you on the same day you requested cancellation of your reservation and left you a voicemail and sent you a text message.

When a supervisor from the cancellation department reached out to you again the following day, you refused to speak to him or allow him to assist you.

Our special promotional packages are sponsored by the participating resort provider who is paying the 77% discount for these promotions. It is the resort provider who sets forth certain eligibility requirements for these vacation packages – not BookVIP.

BookVIP is responsible for making sure all guests we book are qualified for the particular vacation package they are interested in visiting.

All qualifications and restrictions are reviewed with the potential guest during the sales call and must be accepted by the guest via electronic signature before the reservation is finalized and dates sent to the resort.

As you are aware, although you indicated that you were eligible for the promotion when you accepted the Reservation Details with your electronic signature, the resort’s records proved otherwise. Since you have had a previous relationship with the resort group, you are not eligible for this 1st-time visitor promotion.

Your vacation package is final and non-refundable as a result of your decision to decline acceptance of the Trip Guard Insurance which was offered during the sales call. If no stars had been an option, they would have gotten that!! Booked a vacation on 3/9/18 and was told no monies would be debited until they confirmed the reservation at my requested resort and that I had 7 days to cancel for a full cash refund.

They debited my account on 3/10/18. On 3/12/18, still no confirmation from resort, I called the actual resort and they stated that no reservation existed for me. I called Bookvip and had to leave a voicemail with no return call afterwards. On 3/14/18 I called another phone number for reservations and finally spoke to one of the CSRs and explained that I called the resort and they did not have a reservation for me at all and was told that they have 7 business days to actually book the reservation...

at that time I cancelled my booking and demanded a full cash refund. I was assured the cancellation was placed and I would receive a full cash refund. I received an email stating cancellation confirmed and a supervisor would be calling me to confirm. Robin (supervisor) called during my work hours on 3/15/18 and left a voicemail with a callback number.

After work, I called the number and was told to leave a voice mail and someone would call me back... no one called back!! I called another line on 3/16/18 at 12:25 pm and spoke with Mitch, he assured me that he was emailing Robin and she will call me in a couple of minutes... no call back again!!

I called back at 1:21 pm due to no call back from Robin and was transferred to Customer Service department and was told by Julian that he was emailing Robin again and she will be calling in few minutes and to keep my line available (my line has been available during this whole ordeal)... no call back again!! Then I get a call from Lutki at BookVip today (3/16/18) at 5:16 pm and he tells me that he was calling me to tell me that "they" had to cancel my booking due to me having a previous membership at the requested resort (BS!!! I assure you) and I tell him that I am the one that cancelled several days ago and asked why my cash refund had not been processed yet!!

He stated that I will receive credit, and I stopped him right there and demanded my cash be refunded back due to the fact that I cancelled AND demanded a cash refund well before the 7 day period!! I also asked who Robin was and why had she not called me back, he stated that she was his supervisor and that she will call me ASAP!! It is currently 3/16/18 6:48 pm and guess what, no call back!! I am demanding my full cash refund of $484.00 to my bank account from which you guys stole on 3/10/18!!

I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO BOOKVIP OWNER, JAMES COOLIGAN!!
