As you are aware, the vacation package you booked became final and non-refundable after the Reservation Details were reviewed with you during the sales call and you accepted same via electronic signature as well as your decision to decline our trip guard insurance.

Unfortunately, you called to cancel same days later alleging that the traveling guest (you did not make reservation in your own name) did not have a major credit card, which is required as per the Reservation Details governing the vacation package.

Neither the resort nor BookVIP could have anticipated that the traveling guest did not have a major credit card, as specified in the Reservation Details.

All qualifications, resort fees, taxes, deposits and penalties for any particular property are clearly stated on the Terms and Conditions governing each vacation package.

To ensure that a potential customer is eligible and qualified to participate in the special promotion, the Terms and Conditions are reviewed with the customer during the sales call and the customer must accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions via electronic signature before any reservation is final and the travel dates sent to the resort.

BookVIP cannot be held responsible for the misrepresentations propounded by others. You now have a credit to use towards thousands of hotels listed on that do not have the credit card requirement restriction.

Bookvip has still not refunded my money. They are cropks and thieves.
