First and foremost, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience and stress resulting from the manner of communication provided by our Customer Service agent. All of our calls are recorded so I appreciate your comments as we were able use the call as a valuable learning exercise. As the fastest growing travel company in the world, we sometimes fall short of our goal, however we are constantly looking to improve.

All rooms (including whether or not Oceanview) are clearly described on the resort offering page on our website.

Above all else, providing excellent customer service is our main goal and all of our customer service agents are highly-trained and qualified.

This is a horrible company and I'm extremely disappointed!!! I arrived in cancun yesterday July 20th to what was suppose to an amazing ocean view room, which we were promised by Alejandro who booked our room, but some how got a room facing the Lagoon.

When I called to ask about this, which by the way there is no toll free number outside of the states, I was told all they could was review the recorded called and but a rush on it to verify I was given that information and that I would receive a call from a supervisor not later than 5pm.

It is now midnight no call or anything so I once again pay to make another phone call in which I am told that their is not supervisor on shift and it will take 3 days to review calls, umm hello my trip is only 5 days how the *** is that suppose to help me out???? Horrible customer service and horrible experience...

As the owner of BookVIP, I am definitely proud of the fact we sent over 100,000 customers on vacations last year and have more customer video reviews than any other travel site. There is no "front" BookVIP.com is a simply better web site name than Resortvacationsinternational which is why we have over 2 Million Likes on Facebook. However, I understand as one of the fastest growing travel companies we are not perfect and it must also be understood that since our packages are up to 70% off the discounted rate that some customers try to circumvent the resort's eligibility requirements as the resorts are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting their qualifications and agreeing to 90 minute resort preview. We go over all the requirement's on the phone and have each customer sign electronically before ever processing the charge. I do see the resort made numerous attempts to contact you to verify the reservation for you and the one for Deborah Jackson.

BookVIP.com is a scam!

Don't be fooled by these scam artists. Go to BBB and TripAdvisor and look up the horrible reviews and massive number of complaints. They've been able to maintain their A rating because they've "responded" to every complaint filed with the BBB. But, you should consider the quantity of complaints. 150 "closed" complaints within 12 months, not counting "open" complaints. They don't even operate under their true business name, and their address is a PO Box in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

BookVIP.com is a front for a company named: Resort Vacations International. It took me a lot of research to uncover this. Try looking at RVI's website... what a joke. These *** scammed my wife and I out of $500 for a reservation we tried to get a refund for 2 months prior to the reservation dates, and now they are attempting to charge my bank account for another $500 for an additional reservation that was never confirmed, nor approved.

We lost our original $500 because their refund policy is good for 3 or 7 days from booking. They want the entire fee up front using some b/s about how space is limited and you need to pay up front, far in advance to secure your spot. READ THE FINE PRINT! And, make sure you research *** like this BEFORE you get taken.

This is all a scam to sell time shares. Read the complaints on Better Business Bureau. I already filed mine. There are hundreds. People who couldn't get refunds or had their reservations/resorts switched, and even rescheduled, at the last minute after paying for airfare, etc, etc.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, well... that's because you're getting scammed my friend. Don't let these bastards rip you (or anyone you know) off too! They got us.

The resort verifies each reservation before issuing a confirmation number as the resort is paying for the cost of the discounted vacation. You booked in October 2014 for Summer Bay travelling In July 2015, You had originally booked for 3 nights but changed the reservation a few months later by adding a couple more nights. The additional nights were not available so we offered you Encantada. They changed my reservation without telling me. I only found out about when I went to make a payment today.

I asked for a refund, but was told I couldn't, because it was after the 7 days. Remind you I made this reservation back in October. Made changes to my reservation in December. Neither time did they tell me they changed my hotel.

I went from a 3 bedroom condo to 2 bedroom hotel room. They refuse to give my money back tried to speak with a supervisor for two days with no return call.

DO NOT do business with this company, they seem very underhanded. I have never had been so dissatisfied dealing with a company
