Booked a trip to Costa Rica.Got an email stating to call and when I called.
I got Will and very unwilling to help. Did not check for availability and brushed me off the phone saying there are no bookings.meanwhile I already booked my airline ticket in which is not refundable . Asked to speak to supervisor and he hung up on me twice . There must be more than one customer service rep?!
I did not get my answer whether I will have a hotel to stay.Very disappointed in their customer care.
