Dear Kayla,

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.

The package price advertised on our website does not include taxes (and not advertised as “including taxes”). The total amount you paid for your package was $737.90. The addition of government taxes at time of purchase is a standard. The savings amounts to over $1500+ off the retail rate as advertisied on Expedia, Kayak, and Hotels.com

Please be reminded that your package is “all-inclusive” and all of your family’s meals, beverages (including alcohol), and non-motorized activities are covered under this promotion.

In addition, you received an extra bonus of 3 FREE Nights In Las Vegas or Orlando.

All taxes and fees are disclosed before any transaction is completed and charged.

Taxes are not included on our website because applicable government taxes and fees vary depending upon upgrades or extra persons or extra nights added to the vacation packages – the total of which is necessary before the required government taxes and fees can be quoted (if applicable).

We disclose 100% of any additional fees, if applicable, and you would have had to agree to those terms in writing prior to any billing.

Despite taxes (which we cannot do anything about) or Resort Fees charged by the participating resort, our offers are still 77% less than booking directly with the resort or with any other travel provider.

The eligibility requirements for each promotional package can be viewed on BookVIP’s website at the bottom of each resort offering page by clicking on the Terms and Conditions.

We are happy that you will still be able enjoy an all-inclusive, 6-day/5-night vacation in a beautiful Five-Star resort in Cancun, in addition to your FREE 3-night vacation in Las Vegas or Orlando.

The reason we have over 3.9 Million Facebook Likes, more customer video reviews, and have sent over 100,000 people on vacation this year alone, is because we are the worldwide leader in promotional packages - that's our specialty. If you meet the resort's requirements and agree to attend the resort preview, you will receive the promotional rate.

The $599 price is such a fake number.

It comes out to be $900 and you have to do a timeshare presentation. I can book a better room at the same resort for the same price though trip advisor and don’t have to do a presentation. Book Vip is a scam.
