Amazing time at the Poconos Mountain

We took a family vacation to the poconos mountain in Pennsylvania and we had an amazing time in the resort, the staff was great and made us feel right at home!! We enjoyed the indoor pool and the hit tub.

i have no complaints

Hi, I'm writing to you not because I have a complaint, but because thanks to this site and all the reviews I will never have a complaint, I was strongly thinking of booking a trip their your site but after reading all the issues and complaints people have made I won't make the same mistake. My biggest question is why does Robin still work for you???

She sounds like a complete waste of your money, her job is to make things right and to give the utmost customer service and from the things I have read, she has never made anyone's day.

You are always apologizing for your reps , fire them and hire friendly, knowledgeable people to represent your company. You are being viewed as scam artist by most of these reviews a lot of very unhappy clients. i'm sure you do a good amount of business and make a lot of money but I bet you'd sleep a lot better if you did the same thing in an honest friendly manner. Your employees reflect you and your company, sounds like you need to clean out your closets and get rid of the rude people you employ.

I'm also a business owner and I pride myself on customer service, I personally have nothing bad to say about your company or it's practices and sadly I never will even though I would qualify for most of your vacay deals, I can't bring myself to take a chance on a company with this many bad reviews.

I feel for the people who were treated poorly by your staff and to those who tried to go around the rules well they reap what they sow and I don't feel bad for them trying to scam you or the resorts, there will always be someone who tries don't mean they should be treated poorly.

If you take away nothing from my comments please get rid of Robin her name was mentioned numerous times and not one person had anything good to say about her. She sounds like a real gem(insert sarcasm) good day Happy

Talk about a respectable bit of advice - you said that with real sincerity and all the while never was out of line or mean in any way ( people like you are hard to come by these days so not only did you bring it to my attention and save me from a risky purchase and headache you were professional in getting your point across so thank you so much for that - I wish I had a boss like you .

Above all else, providing excellent customer service is our main goal. We apologize for any stress caused by any misunderstanding.

You were refunded in full for the $39 deposit you made on-line, once it was discovered that you were not qualified for the vacation package you were interested in.

You can save up to 80% of the retail rate on the promotional packages because the resorts are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the resort preview.

It is the participating resort provider who sets forth the eligibility requirements - not BookVIP.

BookVIP is a booking company and it is our job to ensure that guests are qualified for the limited number of promotional packages being offered by the resort providers. The eligibility requirements for each promotional package can be viewed on BookVIP’s website at the bottom of each resort offering page by clicking on the Terms and Conditions.

This was a bunch of bs and i was lied to from day one Bout everything and i will be seeking legal action for the initial lie that was told to me.

Along with consulting legal counsel i will be contacting the BBB as well. I asked about hidden fees and restrictions in mh initial conversation last year i was told the weren't any and that was a special rate not down payment so this was based upon a lie and i want what i was told i paid for now we have to go about it in a less civil way by mediation when all y'all had to do was honor the agreement which was given and paid for.

Futhermore, all of that not only shouldve been included in the initial conversation but in the email I received and it wasnt. Y'all need to STOP *** SCAMMING PEOPLE TO MEET A DAMN QUOTA!
