Hi,

I booked a travel deal with them and was on the phone for couple of hours answering very odd and strange questions, that is not usually asked by any other travel agencies [such as my and wife's income and other questions]. I have copies of their bill and charges on my credit card available. Today after 16 days they called me an cancelled on me for NO REASONS! They have this office located somewhere in ASIA and they have had no specific reasons for cancelling my Booking. I called them later and they put me on hold for several hours and then hanging up on me. Such as terrible customer service!

This is a total scam and company's activities are fraudulent. They sell timeshares and they want people who are reach and easily fooled to buy one.

I will right this review and ask all other people that I know, to write their reviews and fight for their right.

Such a bad experience!!!

My experience with BookVIP was amazing.

We checked in earlier today and a mistake had been made with our booking. We got to our room and we didn't have the right number of beds or bedrooms for our party.

Our team member, Daryl Urbina got right on it, called the front desk, drove us back to registration and took us to someone who immediately changed our rooms for what we originally wanted. He then drove us back and moved all of our baggage to the new rooms.

He was a professional every step of the way, courteous and kind. If I judge the property on the service received just today - I have to say 5 stars!

What a beautiful hotel. I was there for 3 nights with my mother and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

It was very busy over the weekend with multiple concerts going on and I was concerned about the noise. We never heard a peep from anyone. The beds are amazing and the staff are always smiling and there to help if needed. We rented a car as you are a bit off of the strip.

There is a Target close by and lots of shopping close by. I will totally be back!!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are looking to have a fun time. They have a good variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment.

I loved he beach club! They have a different party every day in the afternoon and it was a blast. I also liked that if you woke up early you could reserve a day bed overlooking the water at no charge. Another great thing about the hotel and Cancun in general is that you can easily walk to bus transportation to anywhere you want to go in the city.

I’ll comment on a few of the concerns people have posted about. Bracelets: this hotel does have 3 bracelet options indicating which restaurants and bars you can eat at. The black bracelet is the best as it doesn’t have any restrictions. You are able to pay $50/day to upgrade to this from the basic purple bracelet.

For me, it was worth it. Cups: some people were concerned that the drinking cups were not cleaned out well. They do look to wash and sanitize them. In addition if you don’t like it you are allowed to bring or buy a cup and they will gladly refill it included.

Beach: some people thought that the beach was on the dirty side. It’s not really any better or worse than any other beach. They do have staff that walk about and help clean up. The waves are a bit rough but if you are a decent swimmer you will be just fine.

Safe Lock: these are not included and cost $7/day. Worth it for a peace of mind, ask when you check in so you don’t have to wait in line twice. Check in: we were smart to arrive mid week and had no problems with checkin. It maybe took 15 minutes at the most.

Staff: the staff here was very friendly!! They were always very helpful to answer any questions you have. Recommendations: as tourists I think it’s important to tip your staff and support the local economy. In addition this property does have a lot of Peacocks.

It’s sad and embarrassing that people get drunk and try to take out feathers or chase the peacocks. I think that guests need to be normal human beings and leave them in peace or the hotel should remove them and find a better home for them.

Overall I loved this hotel and met a lot of great people. It isn’t your luxury hotel but it’s great for having fun.

I got upgraded not once, but twice. BookVIP has helped us save $1000 of dollars.

I cannot say enough about the attention to detail, the accommodation and staff at Grand Luxxe. From the very friendly maid staff, to the Concierge staff (Aldo and Carlos) to the wonderful gym staff (Isabel, Manuel, and Raquel zumba!) Food everywhere was outstanding and they had entertainment too.

I was also very impressed by the immaculate landscaping throughout the complex. I was vacationing with my brother, his partner and my sister for two full weeks and this trip was exactly what we needed.

The only negative is we did not know the "lazy pool" was being renovated, and we were looking forward to using it. Next time we will check before hand, however it looks like they are continuing to expand and grow, hope to visit again soon

We had the pleasure of staying with our daughter and son in law who are owners at the Westgate Resorts. Beautiful resort and well maintained grounds.

Stayed in building 6200. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. My only concern is purely personal. I had a knee injury and this building was very far away from the main center of the resort.

I felt as an owner the resort should have given us a room closer to the pools and water park. The entrance to the building was in the back of the building making the walk much longer. They have golf carts that take guests to points around the resort but it was not clear as to how to arrange this service. As I was limping to and from a golf cart would go by and I would ask and was told I needed to contact bell services to set it up.

Fun trip. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay near all the Florida attractions!

This is the most beautiful Timeshare with a Waterpark, Lazy River, 14 Pools, Restaurants, Pizza, Market Place, Activities Center and beautiful Timeshare Units. Great for Couples, Families, Family Reunions, Weddings, etc...

Can't wait to go back next year. It's our 2nd Home.

Brought Family Members down this year. They absolutely loved it and can't wait to travel with us again.

We actually switched from a Wyndham in Orlando to our home base at Summer Bay because there's more things to do and a nicer property with bars and pools. Seems like they're always painting and keeping up with the property and always enjoy staying there.

First of all, they will lure you into purchasing your package with "bonuses" they have no intention of honoring (I was promised $500 off of a future package and $100 Amazon gift card for purchasing my package the day I was going to just put a deposit on it and $200 worth of resort credits and 2 free nights in Miami with a Yacht tour after I submitted my credentials that proved I met their criteria for their conditions...which basically is that I am married to the person who will be accompanying me and that we make enough money to afford their ridiculously overpriced discounts packages). Then they fail to let you know before taking your money that there will be conditions to you receiving your package at the discounted rate.

Once you get to your resort, you will be put in a substandard room (no ice machines, refrigerator temp was luke warm, and air conditioner maintained a nice (un)comfortable 78 degrees. My husband complained until they did put us in another room where the the refrigerator at least worked and the staff got us a fan which made the room temp tolerable. The staff really was the only saving grace to our whole vacation. They were friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We were offered to be upgraded to a nicer room at the neighboring resort (where we were subjected to over 3 hours of sales pitches-no...it isn't 90 minutes like they originally predict, or even 120 like they advised us of later on. Three. Full. Hours.

Had to convince 3 different people that no really means no. Wtf And we drove an hour there and an hour back to our resort so basically we wasted a half of one of our 4 days there. Oh, and the condition of the upgrade...we had to purchase one of their extremely overpriced packages. Which, by the way, is discounts on future vacations...cuz this one is working out so well for us!

My husband was drinking his beer over ice...yep, over ice. Didn't get a cold beer the entire time we were there! We would have just put some in ice...but again, no ice machines!

For me personally, the worst part of the whole experience was the fact that the pool water felt like bath water. Bottom line...pay a little more and get a real vacation!

Easy as 1, 2, 3, BookVIP. We saved over $500!

My girlfriend and I visited Cancun and stayed at Krystal Cancun for a weekend. We had no problem checking in, front desk was very informative, or out, the staff was generous enough to let us stay in our room for a couple more hours as we waited for our flight.

The hotel's access to the beach and pool area was very nice. The staff working at all the bars and restaurant were super nice and attentive. Juan Manuel Costa was our server on one of the nights we went to Las Velas, the hotel's restaurant, and he was amazing and made our dinner very special. We got Alfredo and Salmon dishes which were delicious!

Compliments to the chef for those.

The hotel is also at a prime location with the beach right outside, multiple great restaurants nearby, bars and clubs right around the corner, and even an aquarium thats walking distance where you can swim with dolphins! We had a great time during our short, yet beautiful stay :)
