Thank you BookVIP for giving us a wonder vacation destination.

We had a wonderful time at Sunscape Cove. We had a beachfront room, walked right out to beach and had the BEST Butler, Renees.

She took great care of us on our vacation.

Also, Orane, the mini bar replenisher, was great, he gave us enough water and beer when needed. This vacation was great.

BookVIP did a really great job getting us a room.

Just want to say that this is the friendliest casino to visit in Las Vegas. I had interactions with numerous employees.

Ticket booth, security showroom employees etc. Everyone was so helpful and always smiling. Went to see Barry Manilow and the showroom was set up very nice. The staff both at the ticket booth and the showroom did everything to accommodate my disabled brother.

The show was fantastic with great seats. Also met and talked to Martina O.T who is a security guard after the show. What an amazing person and very helpful. Also won a football parlay while I was there.

November 3 which was my birthday and Westgate made it extra special. Thanks to all.

By the way I happen to live in this great city. VEGAS STRONG

BookVIP and Resort Vacations International are sham!

Hello James,

We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Please be reminded that you purchased a vacation package in May 2018, which was cancelled and refunded within 48-hrs since didnt meet with the eligibility requirements for the promotion which you agreed to with your electronic signature when you booked.

We believe that you are confusing our company with one of the many copy cat companies using “VIP” in their name or perhaps one of the other companies using variations of the name Resort Vacations International.

BookVIP is a booking company and it is our job to ensure that guests are qualified for the limited number of promotional packages being sponsored by by the participating resort providers.

It is the participating resort provider who sets forth the eligibility requirements - not BookVIP.

The Terms and Conditions can also be viewed on BookVIP’s website at the bottom of each resort offering page by clicking on the Terms and Conditions.

The reason we have over 3.9 Million Facebook Likes, more customer video reviews, and have sent over 100,000 people on vacation this year alone, is because we are the worldwide leader in promotional packages - that's our specialty. If you meet the resort's requirements and agree to attend the resort preview, you will receive the promotional rate. The only issues we have is when some customers try to circumvent the resort's Terms and Conditions.

First let me say that before I ever tried Book VIP I was receiving phone calls from an automated recording that informed me that I had won a trip because I used my Marriott account or through a credit card rewards program that I did not have. Then last year my wife and I decided to look into book VIP and see if there was any truth to their great packages.

Low and behold the call center was the same. Same on hold music, same background noise, AND same agents!

So they NEVER had permission to contact me for these packages, they never remove me from their list when I select the option and when requested to an agent.

I have reached out to an attorney and am not only going to file legal action against Resort Vacations International and Facebook since during the period where the calls started up ads in my Facebook feed also started appearing.

With the public knowledge of Facebook selling lists to companies.

My advice to ALL of you reading this is write down names, numbers, times, and when you asked to remove from the list. If you can write down names that would be even better. Try asking for the person you spoke with before.

Sham companies with unethical business practices.

Won't even go into what kind of hassle they put you through if you actually go through the process. Asking for things like utility bills. LOL. Joke company!

BOOKVIP is a complete SCAM!!! - Resolved

Hello Afshin,

Thank you for your feedback.

When we became aware of your concerns as you did not meet the eligilbity requirment's of the sponsoring resort, however, our General Manager contacted you and all issues were resolved.

We are happy that you are now booked at another amazing resort offered on our website and that you and your family will be able to enjoy your much-deserved vacation!

We work very hard to ensure that each and every customer is aware of how valuable they are to BookVIP.

The reason we have over 3.9 Million Facebook Likes, more customer video reviews, and have sent over 100,000 people on vacation this year alone is because we are the worldwide leader in promotional packages - that's our specialty. BOOKVIP is a complete SCAM. We booked a travel deal to Cancun Mexico on October 2nd.

After being 45 minutes on the phone with them and answering very odd questions. Yesterday after 2 weeks from our original booking date, they called us and cancelled our reservation for NO REASON. The BOOKVIP agent told us we do not qualify for the offer!!!! This is very odd; how can they cancel our reservation after 2 weeks.

We planned our trip and bought flight tickets. The BOOKVIP agent did not give us specific reason for our cancellation. This company is total scam, irresponsible, and very unprofessional.

Such a waste of time booking our trip with them. This was my worst experience ever. Noting to write good about this company, stay away from BOOKVIP.

Hi,

I booked a travel deal with them and was on the phone for couple of hours answering very odd and strange questions, that is not usually asked by any other travel agencies [such as my and wife's income and other questions]. I have copies of their bill and charges on my credit card available. Today after 16 days they called me an cancelled on me for NO REASONS! They have this office located somewhere in ASIA and they have had no specific reasons for cancelling my Booking. I called them later and they put me on hold for several hours and then hanging up on me. Such as terrible customer service!

This is a total scam and company's activities are fraudulent. They sell timeshares and they want people who are reach and easily fooled to buy one.

I will right this review and ask all other people that I know, to write their reviews and fight for their right.

Such a bad experience!!!

My experience with BookVIP was amazing.

We checked in earlier today and a mistake had been made with our booking. We got to our room and we didn't have the right number of beds or bedrooms for our party.

Our team member, Daryl Urbina got right on it, called the front desk, drove us back to registration and took us to someone who immediately changed our rooms for what we originally wanted. He then drove us back and moved all of our baggage to the new rooms.

He was a professional every step of the way, courteous and kind. If I judge the property on the service received just today - I have to say 5 stars!

Thanks again to BookVIP to make this possible.

What a beautiful hotel. I was there for 3 nights with my mother and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

It was very busy over the weekend with multiple concerts going on and I was concerned about the noise. We never heard a peep from anyone. The beds are amazing and the staff are always smiling and there to help if needed. We rented a car as you are a bit off of the strip.

There is a Target close by and lots of shopping close by. I will totally be back!!

Thank you BookVIP, marvelous job.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are looking to have a fun time. They have a good variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment.

I loved he beach club! They have a different party every day in the afternoon and it was a blast. I also liked that if you woke up early you could reserve a day bed overlooking the water at no charge. Another great thing about the hotel and Cancun in general is that you can easily walk to bus transportation to anywhere you want to go in the city.

I’ll comment on a few of the concerns people have posted about. Bracelets: this hotel does have 3 bracelet options indicating which restaurants and bars you can eat at. The black bracelet is the best as it doesn’t have any restrictions. You are able to pay $50/day to upgrade to this from the basic purple bracelet.

For me, it was worth it. Cups: some people were concerned that the drinking cups were not cleaned out well. They do look to wash and sanitize them. In addition if you don’t like it you are allowed to bring or buy a cup and they will gladly refill it included.

Beach: some people thought that the beach was on the dirty side. It’s not really any better or worse than any other beach. They do have staff that walk about and help clean up. The waves are a bit rough but if you are a decent swimmer you will be just fine.

Safe Lock: these are not included and cost $7/day. Worth it for a peace of mind, ask when you check in so you don’t have to wait in line twice. Check in: we were smart to arrive mid week and had no problems with checkin. It maybe took 15 minutes at the most.

Staff: the staff here was very friendly!! They were always very helpful to answer any questions you have. Recommendations: as tourists I think it’s important to tip your staff and support the local economy. In addition this property does have a lot of Peacocks.

It’s sad and embarrassing that people get drunk and try to take out feathers or chase the peacocks. I think that guests need to be normal human beings and leave them in peace or the hotel should remove them and find a better home for them.

Overall I loved this hotel and met a lot of great people. It isn’t your luxury hotel but it’s great for having fun.
