Every review I read was true in this site. It went step by step exactly how everyone said In The comments.

I ordered with the room for a week. Got an awesome price, read y'all reviews and immediately canceled within 15 mins of ordering. I called them back to cancel and they gave me the run around. But as i was on the phone getting asked a thousand questions why I wanted to cancel, I was on my husband phone calling the fraud department on my bank card.

THEY ARE DEFINITELY A FRAUD!!!!! DONT DO IT!

don't believe, too good to be true. its ridiculous , their requirements don't make any sense, you have to make 85.000$ in order to get their deals, hey, if i made 85.000 and more, i wouldn't care about the price and i wouldn't book it through you !

On top of everything their supervisor, i don't remember the name, was so rude, unfriendly and *** ! !

u better pay a lit bit more and be safe !

i wish i get a chance to talk with manager not dumb supervisor so i could tell her/him how rude the supervisor was plus their rules are not logical , although the guy named Paul was really nice

i did reserve a place to omni cancun resort trough BOOK VIP and the play a game with the cancun resort and know they are saying that i have to pay more for the same date and i said i do not agree they told me that cannot refund the payment

I will fight that refund

BUT BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUD If i knew that are that kind of company

i will never had booke it

DO NOT be ripped off by this company that work with OMNI cancun

i do not recomend to anybody this company book vip and omni cancun i will follow legal step

We had a bad start to our vacation because BookVIP.com called us 4 days before our trip and threatened to cancel our trip unless we paid them another $600-$1000! We told them that we could not pay that amount.

They insisted that we were "group traveling" with another couple. We have no idea who these people are (that they kept insisting that we knew) and we kept telling BookVIP.com that. They said the hotel allows no group travel. We told them over and over again after several harassing phone calls and hours on the phone with them, that we were absolutely not group traveling!

They said either we need to pay the additional fee, or the other couple needs to pay the difference or they are canceling both of our trips! After two whole days of dealing with this mess and a few stressful and sleepless nights, they told us that we were okay finally because the other couple ended up paying the fee. We couldn't believe what they put us through! Now this poor other couple had to pay the fee!

Every time you call them, it usually disconnects the phone call.

Finally someone from India will answer the phone and you wind up getting a different answer from each person you speak with. They keep blaming the hotel. The hotel blames them. BookVIP.com are the ones who advertise on Facebook and geo-target metropolitan areas.

They were geo-targeting the Denver metro area. This other couple lives in Centennial Colorado, about 30 minutes from us. (Book VIP told us where they lived.) The other couple happened to book the same dates as us. Over Valentine's Day!

So they automatically assumed we were group traveling! What a joke! Of course the odds of that happening are incredibly good! BookVIP.com was horrible and almost ruined our anniversary and entire vacation.

I would beware of booking with them because if anyone else ends up booking in the same or nearby city as you, over the same dates, you might get the same incredibly stressful call over and over right before you are to go on your trip.

Way too much stress. Not even worth it!

Arrived at Condo they promised. Was very impressed with the whole deal.

They is some bull ***. It is a scam they will charge your card then tell you that they can not find your reservation in the system..

following that they will give you another phone number to call saying they have your account to the discount u recieved... BUT the number is fake an disconnected

They changed my reservation without telling me. I only found out about when I went to make a payment today.

I asked for a refund, but was told I couldn't, because it was after the 7 days. Remind you I made this reservation back in October. Made changes to my reservation in December. Neither time did they tell me they changed my hotel.

I went from a 3 bedroom condo to 2 bedroom hotel room. They refuse to give my money back tried to speak with a supervisor for two days with no return call.

DO NOT do business with this company, they seem very underhanded. I have never had been so dissatisfied dealing with a company

In June 2014 we booked at Azul Sensatori in Mexico for February 20, 2015, we got a confirmation within a few days of booking and paid this resort for gratuities. We bought the package based on the services and amenities provided by Azul Sensatori.

Our son has Autism and the resort was perfect for him, including a 24/7 medical services, a sensory play room, playground and kiddie pool. This trip would be the first for him and have been working with him for over a month with the original resorts web photos using social stories and even incorporated into his therapy sessions. Book VIP's first excuse was Azul was unavailable during the dates we booked back in June 14, that same day I email the resort directly and the reply was we are wide open during those dates.

Each time I call the supervisor Keith Isabell has been avoiding my calls, when I do get him on the phone every time he would state "let me see what I can do, I will call you back tomorrow" he never called me back even thought he stated that on 4 different occasions. Disputes the fact each excuse they give me is disproven, by providing facts on our end, BOOKVIP will not take any responsibility for this major issue for my family.

Bought my holiday. They took my money and assured me my confirmation would be in my email.

9 days before departure I am confirmed by Jen but need to wait for 48 hours. 8 days before I called again, am confirmed by Gerda, just another 24 hrs.. 7 days before departure I get a "I'm sorry" notice that I no longer have a holiday. I had my plane ticket.

I had to insist to get my money back, I still have not received it.

I deserve a payment for the tickets, but they just say "I'm sorry". They should be off the market
