First and foremost, please be reminded that you were refunded within 24-hours of the resort notification that they would be unable to honor your travel dates due to the resort’s internal allotment issues.

As you can imagine, these promotions sell like hotcakes and as a result, every once in awhile, the participating resort discovers that the rooms have been over-booked. Therefore, the reservations are honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

BookVIP, as the booking company, is then put in the uncomfortable position of bearing the bad-news to the guests.

I am very disappointed in bookvip. I booked a vacation to the Wisconsin Dells on June 17, with confirmation number.

I followed instructions, responded to the email and was charged for my vacation. July 3 I received an email telling me to call bookvip. Spent 37 minutes on hold only to be informed they overbooked and my trip was cancelled. Nothing could be done to fix it and nothing could offered commensuarte.

I had to book a shorter stay at three times the price in a different hotel. I would have expected some additional compensation along with my refund.

The phone representative didn't seem to care about how dissatisfied I am. I would NEVER try using this site again and will certainly tell

my friends to avoid it as well.

The presentation and all qualifications (as well as any additional resort fees, taxes, and/or deposits) are clearly stated on the Terms and Conditions governing each vacation package.

The Terms and Conditions are located on the website at the bottom of each resort offering page and are reviewed with the customer during the sales call.

The customer must agree to the Terms and Conditions via electronic signature before any reservation is final and the travel dates sent to the resort.

This online travel agency fails to disclose the requirement to attend a 90 minutes presentation. It also does not disclose upfront the daily resort fee per person.

These bait and switch tactics increase the original quoted rates.

Book your travel elsewhere. Travelocity is a better choice.

The promotional package you purchased included two (2) tickets to Universal, as was advertised on the website. Although you had to option to purchase additional Universal tickets when you made the reservation, you did not do so.

This was a complete misrepresentation of what we were getting, accommodations were old, dirty, roaches. After paying several hundred dollars for our package we wereade to leave a deposit of $150.00 and a major credit card. They said a 90 minute presentation the took over 4 hours!!!!

Until the reservation process is completed with a sales representative, and the Terms and Conditions governing the vacation package are accepted in writing by the customer, there is no reservation and dates are not sent to the resort.

I just call customer suport and ask them for availabiliti in wiskonsin resort. So She checked out for dates and said everithing is ok and that I could make reservation.

And I did make reservation one minut after talking whit representive. So I was need to call support again to confirm number of reservstion after I had reserve online and same Lady was on a phone and she said that deal is not available anymore.

But I already reserve it just She told me by first call its available by dates and by room.

So I had 2 calls whit same lady which happened in no more then 4minuts. And She said that I could make reservation online but after I did that she said there is no available rooms now...wow how to trast them after such a great experiance whit this very honest Lady!!!

Bookvip in Palm Coast, Florida - Unforgettable

My husband and I just came back from our trip to Cabo San Lucas. What a wonderful, unforgettable time.

Stayed at Villa Del Palmar and couldn't have asked for a more accommodating place. Staff was wonderful and food was outstanding. Several pools to choose from, and a beautiful beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Nightly dinner shows were very entertaining.

You can be as relaxed as you want or as active as you want.

Had a bike taxi ride through town, visits the oldest church, meet some wonderful people who we have kept in touch with. Can't wait to go somewhere else, maybe Cancun.

Customer satisfaction is the mainstay of BookVIP’s business and the issues you encountered with the BookVIP Customer Service representative are being investigated and will be dealt with appropriately.

Our promotional packages are subsidized up to 77% of the retail rate by the participating resort provider.

To ensure that these rooms are available to the customers for whom they were intended, the participating resort provider sets forth certain eligibility requirements that must be met in order for BookVIP to be able to offer the package to potential guests.

The eligibility requirements can be changed at the resort’s discretion. BookVIP is only the booking company and must abide by the resort’s dictates. It was the resort who contacted BookVIP stating that you were not qualified for tour due to the previous bankruptcy.

Ultimately, you were granted a “courtesy” tour of the property and the resort did not charge us (or you) any penalties.

I had booked a $99 3 day 2 night vacation at the Kennebunk Inn in Maine. After showing up for our 90 minute presentation we were told that we would not qualify because we had a bankcruptcy of which we were discharged from in 2014.

In the terms and conditions of our agreement for our book vip vacation it stated no person may be in bankcruptcy or have any liens. Since we have been discharged 2 years ago and have no liens we agreed to the terms. We were then told at capital resorts that we would not qualify for financing because we had a bankcruptcy within3 years so they told us that they didn't want to waste our time. They told us to call Bookvip and they would still honor the $99 rate.

When I called I was put on hold several times, the woman and guy that I spoke with were hRd to understand and kept hanging up on me. When I did get someone she kept saying you have to pay the penalty. She couldn't speak English and that is all she could say. I went back and spoke to James at Capital Resorts and he stated that he spoke to his financial institution and they would allow us to get financing and we went through with the presentation.

James called Bookvip for us and stated he cleared things up. We no sooner were done with the presentation and we got a call from someone who was very rude and he said we owed $150 per night and did not believe me when I stated that we went through the presentation. He said he would call us back when he got ahold of capital resorts but he never did. I have never been treated so rudely.

I would never recommend you company to anyone. You had better not charge my credit card the penalty either as you will be hearing from my attorney.

Hanging up on people and hard to understand is common for BookVIP. Then they change the dates and tell you your hotel is not available even once you have purchased plane tickets.

Hotel was amazing with excellent service and concierge.The atmosphere is so FUN and lively.The food was great with my favorite being the hibachi grill Silk City!! The beach service was incredible.

The entertainment team is all day every day in the performances, at the beach, hosting events.

The Omni Cancun Resort is an amazing location for a family vacation. The employees were super friendly especially Aldo from the taco bar, Santiago from the hotel restaurant and Adrianna from the lobby bar.

We have built relationships with all three of them.
