First and foremost, please be reminded that you were immediately refunded your $39 down-payment when you refused to cooperate with the sales representative.

Above all else, providing excellent customer service is our main goal and all of our customer service agents are highly trained and qualified. We apologize for any stress caused by the manner of communication of the representative you spoke with.

The vacation packages offered by BookVIP are amazingly affordable because the resort partner is paying for 70% of the cost of these promotions.

Due to the limited number of packages available, the resort partners set forth certain eligibility requirements to ensure that the packages are enjoyed by the guests for whom they are designed.

As the booking company, BookVIP must ensure that all guests are eligible for the promotional packages before reservations are made and sent to the participating resort provider.

The Terms and Conditions are reviewed during the sales call and must be accepted by the customer with their electronic signature before the dates are sent to the resort.

All the Terms & Conditions of the offer are listed at the bottom of each web page as they are slightly different for each. I wanted to make reservations for the ad on Westgate Hotel in Orlando. You advertised 4 days, 3 nights and $100 dining voucher for $99.00.

I spoke to a fellow with such a heavy accent that I couldn't understand if his name was Jovi or Jordan. Anyway, he asked some personal questions, like if I was married, if I had photo proof and what was my annual income. Duh!! What??

To make a long story short, he said I did not qualify for the $99.00, deal.

That is ridiculous, unacceptable and unfair. I asked him since when does your annual income have anything to do with making reservations?

He didn't have a reasonable answer.

What a joke, BOOKVIP.com is. I am spreading the word to relatives, friends, and neighbors about the FALSE ADVERTISING.

We booked through BookVIP to the Grand Sirenis Resort... BookVIP was everything they said they were. This was our second time to use them

We spent one week at this fabulous resort. The check-in/out process, food (Japanese was tops!), beach ( bring sandals), pools and activities; all excellent! Take the time to discover this property as they have invested time and money in order to preserve the vegetation, the wild life and its shoreline.

We saved over $1000 just by booking through BookVIP

We had a wonderful vacation and were completely satisfied. Our room was clean and spacious with a balcony facing the water.

We had unlimited, delicious food available for 16 hours a day. A huge pool, outdoor hot tub, and easy access to the beach. Towels and lounge chairs were always available. The ONLY negative to our stay were the staff behind the desk.

We had to fight for the room we were promised. They were rude and lied to us.

BUT we finally got the correct room and were totally happy with the rest of our stay. The bellboys, maids, bartenders and food servers were friendly, helpful, and skilled.

We strive to assist all our customers in having a great vacation with every reservation booked through Our company has the most flexible reschedule policy in the travel industry.

In regards to comments, there is no “fine print” involved in booking any vacation package on our website.

You can save up to save 70% of the retail rate on the promotional packages because the resorts are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the resort preview.

All of the Terms & Conditions of the packages are clearly set forth on the website and are checked with you by our representative during the sales call.

Additionally, all customers must then agree and accept the Terms and Conditions with their electronic signature before the dates are sent to the resort and the credit card is charged.

Your comment about the major credit card is surprising, since you never mentioned during it any of your attempts to cancel your reservation.

When you originally called to cancel your reservation, you stated that you were unable to leave the country and agreed to check resort options in the United States.

You then decided all of the U.S. options were “too far away” and again requested that your reservation be cancelled and refunded.

You were advised and understood that your package is Final and Non-Refundable, since Trip Guard Insurance was not accepted when you booked. As clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions, if Trip Guard is declined and you are unable to travel as planned, you will receive a store credit which can be used towards any vacation on our website for which you are eligible.

You decided not to make any changes to your existing reservation.

The third time you called to cancel your trip, you stated that you were unable to travel at all. Again, you were reminded that the vacation package is Final and Non-Refundable and you asked about the possibility of transferring the package to a third qualified party, which is allowed.

Again, you decided to leave the package as-is and you are currently scheduled to travel to the resort in Cancun as you originally booked.

We understand plans do change, so we have the most flexible reschedule policy in the travel industry where you can reschedule your vacation anytime in 12 months.

If you decide to actually make changes to your existing reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

I bought a vacation in Decemberfpr July. Early January we get an email.

I’m the email we received it said that a major credit card was needed before checking in or we would have to pay the full price. When we booked the vacation it did not say that anywhere. I called to cancel the trip and try to get a refund. Was told by multiple people the money is non refundable.

So now I’m out the 1500 that I paid them for services that were not given.

Bookvip is a scam watch what you get and read every small piece of fine print. I am currently looking for legal help to get my money back from these scam artist

We booked through BookVIP saving a boat load of money... saved over $700

We chose this hotel based on the reviews we read, and those reviews were spot on. The room accommodations were very clean and well maintained.

The Asian restaurant has a great menu and the food was outstanding, not to mention the fantastic service provided by Rodolfo and his staff. The hotel provided nightly shows by the pool and this really was the perfect ending to each perfect day. We had lunch by the beach each day at the Pina Colata which had a great shrimp and mushroom sauce on the menu, that I highly recommend to anyone that likes seafood. Saul was the headwaiter and we made friends with him immediately.

I hope to see him again next year when we go back with some more of our friends. Our vacation at the Omni could not have been more relaxing and fun.

The hotel provided poolside fun with games and contests all day long and great food and entertainment at night. What a vacation.

I am looking for a full refund. James,

My husband and I booked with your company this last month.

After reading all the terrible reviews we decided that we needed to back out for our own safety We called and someone had said she would see how much of a refund she could get us. Shortly we got a call back saying we would not get any of our money back.

If this is the case I would feel much obliged to tell me 200,000 + followers on instagram and facebook my experience with book vip and we lost over $1000 after hidden fees.

Please let me know if there is anything you can do for me. Reservation is under my husband's name.

We save THOUSANDS using BookVIP..We will definitely use BookVIP for another vacation!

Spectacular hotel. The hotel is just perfect and the off site activities were great.

We left a few days ago and already new amenities have been added so I can’t imagine what more they will have when we go back! The staff were all phenomenal and I wish I would have written down all their names, but this includes all the staff at the rooftop pool, Dymitro at the Asian restaurant, Jesus at the Fuego restaurant, Miguel the bellhop, Micheal the concierge and many more (except one lady at the concierge desk lol). If I HAD to find a complaint it would be that I called three times to have our mini fridge/snacks filled and no one came...

only got it filled twice all week on our second and fifth nights but I just went to the bar for juice and drinks:). It will take a good day or two to know your way around.

We saved almost $900 on this trip. I highly recommend BookVIP

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort and Spa is my home away from home. I feel so welcomed there and the entire staff were all so helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived and during my weeks stay at the resort.

Special thanks to, Xaneth, public relations at Royal Elite was instrumental in helping us set up a wonderful experience for our group of 26 people. And to Claudia, Spa manager and David, spa reception concierge, for helping us schedule two Temazcal's(sweat lodge) and several massages for our group. Julio and Karem, the Shaman's for our Temazcal, created a very safe, spiritual and beautiful experience!!! Many of our guests said the Temazcal was the most powerful and life changing event that took place during their trip.

:) The resort is amazing and has the best beach in Playa! We love all the entertainment and activities and if you need some quiet time ~ just slip into a hammock or lounger on the beach for a nice nap or reading time. Check out Cup Cake Cafe and I would recommend the Mocha frappuchino and a cup cake or two. Chayita restaurant is very similar to Chipolte and you can create a burrito in a bowl or tortilla.

Fresh ingredients and service with a smile. And don't forget to create a crepe and add a little ice cream for a wonderful dessert! Walking around the resort I saw lots of wildlife, including, howler monkeys, iguanas and a peacock. My favorite night at the resort is the Mexican fiesta!

The resort goes all out with decorating, vendors, music, amazing food and you won't want to miss the show!!! Fernando, Zayas and Lydia all gave wonderful massages on the beach and will take great care of scheduling all your healing services for the Spa. And thank you, Lydia, for a wonderful relaxing massage in the Spa. You are amazing!

Estela Cio and Mirna did an amazing job in the restaurants helping take care of our group ~ in helping us find seating together, accommodating special dietary needs and taking memorable photos of our group! And during our final breakfast before leaving, Mirna, brought us mimosas and a special cake letting us know how much she will miss us. A special thank you to David, for keeping our room exceptionally clean ~ and we loved all the towel animals!

It's all of these little touches that truly create a meaningful experience and makes us want to return ~ again and again and again! Thank you Sandos reception, staff, management and Royal Elite team for creating a breathtaking vacation and making Sandos my home away from home!

Shout out to BookVIP for sending us on this trip. We saved 50% off

Just returned from a 7 day vacation at the Breathless Resort. This resort has so much to offer for all ages.

There is a "party" loud music pool (foam parties etc.), and a long quieter pool, which gets every quieter the closer you get to the ocean. There is also the Exhale private pool and beach if you booked that level, which I found to be worth it. Food was better than expected. Italian and French Restaurants were my favorite.

Breakfast buffet and Lunch had plenty of options. Drinks were good and coffee shop was great! Top notch service. All Inclusive and Adults Only!

They do move the night entertainment party around so if on night one it's loud no worries....typically noise winds down at midnight and moves to the open bars. Can't wait to go back!
